For our US customers, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard or standard ground shipments and 2-3 days for priority shipments. Confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email.

Unfortunately at the moment, we ship only within the USA and Canada. Due to import regulations in the EU and some Asian countries, it makes it difficult for us to ship (not impossible). While we are working on a more streamlined solution, our customer service is happy to work with you on a tailored solution. Please contact us!

Our honey is not USDA organic-certified, but all of our honey is certified and routinely tested by the Tanzanian Bureau of Standards for heavy metals, acidity, and pesticides.

A.LE & TOM honey is naturally organic because our honey is sourced from forest reserves where all human activities are prohibited. Our beekeepers are allowed to enter these reserves by special permit at specific durations. We are working to organize our small scale beekeepers into associations that can afford the very costly USDA organic certifications. Together with our support, we hope to attain our first USDA organic certification by the end of 2025.

All our honey varieties are raw natural honeys made by wild African bees. 80% of our small-scale beekeepers still use traditional log hives, meaning our raw honey is packed with bee pollen, propolis, royal jelly, and the occasional fine particles of honeycomb.
