We are a Tanzanian, family-owned and -run business working sustainably with small-scale beekeepers in rural Tanzania to produce all-natural, raw, ecosystem-specific, variety honeys for the local and global honey enthusiasts.
Since our launch in 2021, we have steadily grown into Tanzania's premium honey brand. We look forward to sharing Tanzania's natural honeys with the world.

I am all about the day-to-day operations, and building capacity for our women beekeepers. I enjoy communicating with customers, clients, partners, and our value chain partners. I believe that each and everyone of us has a small yet significant part to play in improving the livelihoods of our community members through sustainable partnerships and innovation.

I strive to ensure that we have a growing and sustainable supply chain. I spend most of my time interacting with our small-scale beekeepers and traveling the country to learn more about new honeys. My goal is to see A.LE & TOM provide the best natural raw honeys from Tanzania, sourced from our small-scale beekeepers.
